A warming winter tea with fall harvested roots and berries from the garden.

Since these ingredients are hardier than your leaves and flowers I recommend using a decoction method instead of steeping. A decoction just means to simmer.

Add 1 tablespoon per cup of water in a pot, cover and simmer on low for 20 minutes. Strain into your favorite mug and enjoy!

You may reuse the herbs for a second or 3rd cup, making this bag last even longer.
